NCI works closely with educational institutions throughout the United States. We recruit interns extensively and work to give them real-life experiences to prepare for careers in engineering. We belong to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

Internship opportunities: NCI interns experience hands-on design work and gain valuable experience in a real engineering atmosphere under the mentorship of senior engineers. We offer a competitive salary for students. We treat our interns with the same respect as our full-time employees. The experience they receive through our internship program is invaluable.

Events: NCI regularly visits colleges throughout the year, especially in the fall. Our representatives attend career fairs and schedule on-campus interviews.
